Business outcome
Define what must improve, why it matters, and how the organization will recognize a useful result.
Turn one costly or confusing operational problem into a grounded decision: build, buy, integrate, automate, improve the process, or do not build yet.
Blueprint is a focused business and software assessment. It is not an open-ended transformation program, a free proposal, or a promise that custom software is always the answer.
One problem · One accountable owner · One practical recommendationDefine what must improve, why it matters, and how the organization will recognize a useful result.
Map the steps, handoffs, exceptions, delays, and recurring work around the selected problem.
Identify the people who do the work, make decisions, own the result, and will need to adopt a change.
Review the relevant software, spreadsheets, integrations, information, and access constraints.
Compare building, buying, integrating, automating, changing the process, or waiting until prerequisites are ready.
Outline a practical first release, dependencies, risks, success measures, expected timeline, and cost.
The process stays intentionally small so the assessment can move quickly without pretending to solve the entire organization at once.
A kickoff workshop, up to three stakeholder conversations, and a review of the directly relevant tools and documents.
A current-state map that separates the visible symptoms from the workflow, information, and ownership problems underneath.
A comparison of viable options with a clear recommendation—including a no-build recommendation when software is not justified.
A prioritized implementation roadmap, initial architecture, assumptions, success measures, and fixed estimate for the first build stage.
The result is designed to support a real investment decision—not produce a pile of generic recommendations.

Software implementation is priced separately. Blueprint stands on its own whether Serph builds the recommendation or not.

Blueprint is a defined consulting deliverable, not a sales proposal. The work is intended to be useful even if you do not hire Serph to implement the recommendation.
The fixed engagement covers one primary operational problem or connected workflow, up to three stakeholder conversations, remote workshops, directly relevant systems and documents, one recommendation, and one revision round.
A custom scope is appropriate when the assessment spans multiple departments, locations, unrelated workflows, regulated data, complex legacy systems, extensive integrations, or a large stakeholder group.
No. Blueprint covers assessment and planning. Any software build, integration, automation, migration, or ongoing support is proposed separately.
Yes. You receive the completed materials and may use them internally or share them with another implementation partner.
That is a valid result. The recommendation may be to improve the process, configure an existing product, resolve a data or ownership issue first, or wait until the investment is justified.
Tell us where work slows down, repeats, disappears between systems, or depends too heavily on manual coordination. We will first confirm whether it fits the fixed Blueprint scope.
